Theatrikos Theatre Company

Basic, essential dance and movement techniques for actors and the stage!  Individually themed classes include basic ballet, tap, folk, social dances, vintage and traditional jazz moves, kick lines and cancan, Fosse, Robbins (West Side Story).

Students will also explore effective warmups, conditioning, and alignment, movement as communication, Laban movement analysis, improv, safe falling techniques, partner work and more!
